Colored Contacts
Colored contacts can be used to change or just enhance the natural color of your eyes, that's
up to you. And there are many types of color contact lenses that you can choose from.
There are colored contacts where you do not need an optician's
prescription. They make no change to what or how you see things, only to how other people notice your
eyes.
Then there are colored contacts which change your eye color while also correcting any defects in your
vision.
These are known as prescription colored contact lenses; and to get that important prescription, your
eyes must first be examined by a qualified optician or eye doctor.
Only a qualified optical health professional can do this, but you can make an appointment to have your eyes
tested at most optician's premises. The examination procedure to test your eyes is quite painless, but it may
take half an hour or so. And the eye specialist will write out a prescription for you at the end of the
tests.
But whether you have a presciption or not, there are colored contacts available to suit just about
everybody.

You can buy color contact lenses without prescription, but is it a good idea?
- Color Contact Lenses
Color contact lenses are lenses that are worn to change the outside appearance of the wearer's eyes. This change in eye color can be for several reasons, such as making one's eyes look more memorable or appealing, or to change a person's appearance to fit other changes such as clothing or hair color. These tinted lenses can be purchased in a whole range of different hues, and in most cases there will be versions of the lenses without prescription or made to correct the wearer's vision too.
